We have a patients group to help give feedback directly to us. The groups input will ensure that we offer services relevant to our patients’ needs and allow us to constantly look and listen to your ideas for improvement. We have a virtual group at the moment but would be happy to have face to face meetings if anyone in the group is interested. We would love to hear from

Prescriptions requests

WE NO LONGER TAKE PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE - please order your prescription as detailed below. We require 48 hours (2 working days) notice to process all prescription requests. If there is a query with your request this may take a little longer. If you sign up for electonic prescriptions at the pharmacy of your choice your prescription will be sent straight to them, please ask your local pharmacy or inform our reception team.

Order repeat medication via the NHS app or on-line HERE - you need a password for this service, please contact the surgery to request this.
Alternatively post or drop in our box in reception
We can forward your prescription to a local chemist or to your home with an SAE
Please keep your medication reviews up to date to avoid delays in getting your prescriptions
If you require an urgent on the day prescription please contact the surgery and request one, you may need to speak to the on call doctor.
