Please check that you are living within our boundary area.

We can see non EU residents for urgent care but for anything else we would treat you as a private patient.

Please be aware that you cannot register at this practice via the online service, you need to complete all the relevant forms and bring them to the surgery. We will not respond to any online registrations. All patient need to be living within our Practice boundary area.

You will need to make an appointment to see a doctor if you take regular medication.

Prescriptions requests

WE NO LONGER TAKE PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE - please order your prescription as detailed below. We require 48 hours (2 working days) notice to process all prescription requests. If there is a query with your request this may take a little longer. If you sign up for electonic prescriptions at the pharmacy of your choice your prescription will be sent straight to them, please ask your local pharmacy or inform our reception team.

Order repeat medication via the NHS app or on-line HERE - you need a password for this service, please contact the surgery to request this.
Alternatively post or drop in our box in reception
We can forward your prescription to a local chemist or to your home with an SAE
Please keep your medication reviews up to date to avoid delays in getting your prescriptions
If you require an urgent on the day prescription please contact the surgery and request one, you may need to speak to the on call doctor.
