Appointments

Aswell as ringing the surgery you are now able to book & cancel appointments on line or via the NHS app.  Please call in at the surgery for your password to be able to do this or self-register on the NHS app.

The Practice nurse on-line appointments are bookable for the following – smears (must have received an invite) and asthma reviews please do not book into the nurse appointments for anything other than these.

Phlebotomist on-line appointments – blood test appointments only (must have received an invite or recall).

You can only book appointments for yourself via your personal log in, you cannot use your login to book an appointment for another family member.

We operate a system of ‘Care Navigation’ – our receptionists will ask for brief details of your condition when you contact the surgery so that they can book you into the most suitable appointment.

If you are unable to make your appointment or no longer need it, please cancel it immediately as we can then offer the slot to another patient. This is extremely important as appointments are in great demand. You are able to leave us a message to cancel on our answer machine when we are closed, at lunchtime or over night.  If you are registered for on line services you can cancel through SystmOne on line or the NHS app.

Please ensure we have an up to date telephone number (including mobile numbers) at the time of booking in case we need to contact you about your appointment.

We are happy to see patients who are temporarily resident in our Practice area, such as visiting relatives, should urgent medical treatment be required.

You cannot be seen as a temporary resident here if you are already registered with a gp in Sheffield.

To register you will need to complete a Temporary Resident Registration form which is available from reception or can be printed off below and brought into surgery.
